Greg is a highly effective real estate agent who delivers on his promise to "get your house sold." I relocated from Memphis to Indianapolis in March 2008 during the height of the real estate crunch. Selling was difficult in a buyer's market and buyers were few and far between as lenders became overly cautious. Nonetheless, I placed my house on the Market in February and I had an offer by April. The buyer had a whole host of issues from coming up with the down payment to extraordinary expectations on repairs as a result, the closing lasted longer than the house was on the market. To top it off, my living out of state only complicated things worse. But! Greg took excellent care of me, he proved to be an expert mediator as the buyer and I went back and forth. He stood by me until the deal was closed and he even made bank runs for me since my bank does not have a branch in Indianapolis! He's pretty reliable and honest and just great to work with.
